Ingredients

  • 2 (3.4 oz each) packages Instant White Chocolate Pudding
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip) (thawed)
  • 1 9-inch pie crust baked
  • caramel ice cream topping

Instructions
