Lunch doesn’t get much easier than this Chicken Caesar Wrap. Full of flavor, this wrap comes together easily with pre-cooked shredded chicken, making it a perfect quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 slice thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken (find our shredded chicken recipe here)
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing*
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/4 cup croutons, roughly chopped
  • 1 large flour tortilla

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, crumbled bacon, shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Stir gently until all ingredients are well combined and coated with dressing.
  2. Roughly chop the croutons into smaller pieces. Stir these chopped croutons into the chicken Caesar mixture.
